2000 kilo roasting oven

The belt citrus roasting machine is a machine with a roasting capacity of 2000 kg per hour. The furnace operates with four double-stage burners designed for large industries. The nuts roasting oven consists of four roasting rooms, a resting room and two cooling rooms. In the roasting oven, air circulation fans are used to ensure uniform roasting of nuts, and a dehumidifying fan is used to remove excess moisture during the roasting process. In order for the roasted nuts to be suitable for packaging after roasting, a cooling chamber is added to our machine so that the roasted nuts temperatures are reduced to the ambient temperature. Burners that operate on liquefied gas, natural gas and diesel fuel, and heating can be provided with electric energy using heaters. In our equipment, the combustion chamber and the nuts heating chamber are in complete isolation from each other. Thanks to the developed automation system, you can control all sections of the machine through the touch panel, create recipes for the products, record the roasting settings of your work and ensure their continuity.
