Job Description:

Trust Lines Design and Architecture Limited, based in the USA, specializes in the design, technical drawings, production, and assembly drawings of commercial spaces such as stores, restaurants, clinics, and more. We're looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for design, an eye for detail, and proficiency in both SketchUp, Lumion, and traditional sketching techniques. In these positions, you'll collaborate with our design and production teams to conceptualize interior spaces and create production drawings.

• Develop design concepts and presentations using Photoshop or similar software.

• Create high-quality renderings using SketchUp and Lumion.

• Create detailed sketches and renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Selecting appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories to develop the overall design concept.

• Preparing comprehensive design packages, including floor plans, elevations, and technical specifications.

• Meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• For another position open at our company:

• Preparing technical drawings for architectural projects

• Preparing production drawings for furniture/cabinet-like products.

• Creating detailed technical drawings in coordination with production and assembly teams

• Following project progress and making necessary revisions

• Determining material and production details

• Taking an active role in purchasing processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in interior design.

• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Lumion.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Turkish, Arabic, English (written and spoken) is preferred.
