Medical Tourism Sales Representative

Position: International Medical Tourism Sales Executive

Location: Şirinevler, Istanbul (2-min walk from Metrobus)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Weekends OFF)

Compensation: Fixed Base Salary + High Commission Structure

Key Requirements:

• Native or C1/C2 fluency in English, Russian, or German (written & spoken).

• Proven experience in Outbound Sales or Medical Tourism (6+ months preferred).

• Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation abilities.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls and manage leads across messaging channels.

• Present customized medical treatment packages and close prospective international clients.

• Perform consistent pipeline follow-ups and maintain precise CRM entries.
