Job Vacancy: Secretary

We are looking for a highly organized and professional Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls

  • Managing schedules and appointments

  • Preparing and organizing documents and reports

  • Assisting with office management tasks

  • Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements

  • Handling general administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary or in an administrative role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
