We are looking for SaaS Sales Specialist to work with us on-site in our istanbul office


About the job

SaaS Sales Specialist is responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients, constantly looking for opportunities and ways to find new potential clients. One of his duties is to work to meet the needs and requests of customers, to respond to their inquiries in a timely manner, and to aspire to provide the best experience for each customer. S/He must also have excellent negotiation and communication skills, and his priority is to follow-up and after-sales service to customers. A SaaS Sales Specialist works in a fast-paced and changing work environment, so S/he must be flexible enough to adapt to these changes. S/He will also work alongside the company's product development and marketing team, with the aim of staying constantly and comprehensively informed of the product, its updates, customer needs, target markets and technical support cases.

 

SaaS Sales Specialist Tasks
1. Participate in the implementation of studies and research on the current and potential markets of the company.
2. Diligent work to convert potential customers into actual customers.
3. Continuous follow-up with customers at every stage of the product life cycle.
4. Establishing distinguished professional relationships with actual and potential clients.
5. Diligent work to ensure that actual customers renew their subscriptions every year.
6. Provide the necessary technical and technical support to customers in a timely manner.
7. Respond to customer inquiries and clarifications in a timely manner.
8. Submit suggestions for new product features and features to the development team.
9. Monitoring competitors, the market, sales level and trends...etc, and sending monthly reports about them.
10. Issuing weekly statistical reports on the flow of potential customers, customer movement and sales.
11. Ensure that the desired sales goals are achieved.

 

Required qualifications (optimal)
• At least two years experience in software and/or application sales
• Excellent presentation and presentation skills and experience in dealing with SMEs
• The ability to convert potential customers into actual, close deals successfully and quickly and achieve the desired sales goals
• Strong experience in evaluating opportunities, planning well before communicating with the potential client, developing methods and methods of presentation and sales on an ongoing basis, and managing time efficiently
• Strong knowledge and experience in the principles, methods and practices of modern online selling
• Strong skills in identifying and understanding customer problems and providing immediate solutions
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
• High competence and a good understanding and awareness of technology
• Experience using Bitrix24 an added advantage.


The type & nature of the job
• Full-time Job.
• Monthly Salary (₺10,000 – ₺15,000) + Commission on Sales.

 

Workplace:

Istanbul, Bagcilar, office tower in Batışehir site

Metro: (close to Göztepe metro station in M7 metro station)

BUS:  HT6 & HT10
