We are looking for Junior Digital Sales Representative to work in Istanbul

Main Duties/Accountabilities:

• Participate in the implementation of studies and research on the current and potential markets of the company.

• Diligent work to convert potential customers into actual customers.

• Continuous follow-up with customers at every stage of the product life cycle.

• Establishing distinguished professional relationships with actual and potential clients.

• Diligent work to ensure that actual customers renew their subscriptions every year.

• Provide the necessary technical and technical support to customers in a timely manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries and clarifications in a timely manner.

• Submit suggestions for new product features and features to the development team.

• Monitoring competitors, the market, sales level and trends…etc., and sending monthly reports about them.

• Issuing weekly statistical reports on the flow of potential customers, customer movement and sales.

• Ensure that the desired sales goals are achieved. in addition, to selling all academic programs, language courses, etc.

Required qualifications
• At least one year experience in software and/or application sales.
• The ability to convert potential customers into actual and achieve the desired sales goals.
• The ability to evaluating opportunities, planning well before communicating with the potential client, developing methods and methods of presentation and sales on an ongoing basis, and managing time efficiently.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the principles, methods and practices of modern online selling.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• High competence and a good understanding and awareness of technology.

The type & nature of the job
• Full-time Job
• Monthly Salary (₺6000 - ₺8000) + Commission on Sales
• Work in the office.

Worktime:

– Working days: from Monday to Friday, and Saturday is half a working day.

– Worktime:

     Weekdays: from 9 am to 5 pm.

     Saturdays: from 9 am to 2 pm.

Workplace:

Istanbul, Bagcilar, office tower in Batışehir site

(close to Göztepe metro station in M7 metro line)
