Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hair transplant or medical aesthetics.

• Strong communication and patient management skills.

• Ability to provide medical consultations and follow-up with patients.

• Experience with CRM systems and online communication tools.

• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

• Languages required:

  • Romanian 🇷🇴

  • English 🇬🇧

  • Russian 🇷🇺

  • French 🇫🇷

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with patients and answering inquiries.

• Providing initial medical consultations.

• Managing patient journey from consultation to post-procedure follow-up.

• Coordinating appointments and treatment schedules.

• Ensuring high-quality patient experience.
