Telesales Representative

We're looking for well-motivated productive candidates to join our sales team as a Tele-sales Representative!

who can reach potential and existing leads directly by phone to encourage them to buy our company's treatments and offers.

The candidate must possess excellent communication and phone skills, patience, a persuasive and persistent nature. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Communicate with patients to understand their requirements and needs.
•  Converting patients' inquiries into sales opportunities.
•  Address any questions or issues patients may have. 
•  Enter and update patient information in the database.

Education:

•  University degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare, or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
•  A Professional certification in Healthcare is highly considerable.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•  at least 1 year experience in a similar role in the healthcare field (preferable).
•  Strong knowledge of CRM (ZOHO).
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
•  Ability to multi-task and cope with competing demands under tight deadlines.
• Strong initiative and self-motivation, with a commitment to teamwork.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
