Sales Consultant for a Call Center in Istanbul (engish, french, spanish, german....)

International Plus is Hiring "Medical sales Consultant" to join the Sales department.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls with the patients seeking cosmetic treatments.
• Answer all patients inquires either over the email or phone.
• Use Medical knowledge to showcase the medical solutions we can offer to the patients.
• Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with the patients.

Qualifications:

• High comunication and persuasion skills.
• High fluency in at least one of the following languages (English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Serbian, Romanian).
• Being a fast learner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
• Prior experience with CRM software is a plus.
