Real Estate SALES Excutive

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION 
 

Currently, we are looking for an Real Estate Salesperson for our sales team with following qualifications:

• At least a bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3-year experience in real estate or marketing industry
• Advanced level of English, preferably Arabic or Persian.
• Advanced presentation, negotiation and sales skills
• Giving importance to appearance, having strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal relations
• Attaching importance to self-improvement, having high learning motivation
• Having a customer- and solution-oriented approach
• Having high reporting skills and analytical thinking
• Good knowledge level of MS Office programs
• Driver licence and active driving
• For male candidates, military service should be completed.
• Turkish Cetizin or Either Obtained a temproaly Protectin Resdency or Student Visa

Main Responsibilities

• Conducting sales and leasing negotiations with customers
• Preparing project presentations for customers
• Following up the sales process and reporting
• Conducting marketing research and pre-sales analysis for the sale of real estate,
• Making internet search, phone call and field visits for generating sales leads
• Regular follow up of existing customers.
