QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a “Call Center Customer Representative” with the following qualifications for our company operating in the real estate sector.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a call center staff in the real estate sector
- Advanced level of English and Arabic
- To be prone to teamwork
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Must Be Turkısh Cetızın or Have Either Temporary protection Resdency ( Syrian Natipnalıty ) or Stuedent Visa.
Main Responsibilities
- Conducting information and sales calls with customers over the phone.
- Providing support for calls related to problems and requests from customers and directing them to relevant units
- Providing customer satisfaction
- Obtaining new potential customer data
