Medical Consultant Call center

We're looking for a well-motivated productive candidate to join our medical sales team as a Medical Consultant to provide medical advice and guidance and work with doctors, nurses and patients. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be patient and have a teamwork spirit.


Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients to understand their requirements and needs.
- Provide medical treatment recommendations to patients.
- Educate patients about their condition and treatment options.
- Schedule appointments, order lab tests and update medical records.
- Provide clinical care to patients and explain the medical procedures and treatment options.
- Address any questions or issues the patients may have.
- Enter and update patient’s information into the database.
 Education:
- University degree in a health-related field from an accredited academic institution.
- A professional training or certification in healthcare is highly considerable. Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years experience in a similar role in the healthcare field (preferable)
- Strong knowledge of CRM (ZOHO). - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong initiative and self-motivation with a commitment to teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
