HeadHunters agency for recruitment and Staffing/ Akaylife is seeking a candidate who can oversee the relationships of the agency with its most important clients.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with strategic clients.
Expand the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Education:
University degree in Business Administration, Public relations, Health care, or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
Professional certification in Healthcare is highly considered.
Qualifications and Requirements:
2 to 4 years' experience in a similar role in the healthcare field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
able to mentor and lead the team and staff.
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
Languages:
Arabic (Preferable).
English (Fluent).
Turkish (Fluent).
