Key Account Executive

We are looking for a key account executive to join aur Recruitment agency Team!

HeadHunters agency for recruitment and Staffing/ Akaylife is seeking a candidate who can oversee the relationships of the agency with its most important clients.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with strategic clients.

• Expand the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

• Identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.

• Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal teams.

• Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

Education:

• University degree in Business Administration, Public relations, Health care, or a related field from an accredited academic institution.

• Professional certification in Healthcare is highly considered.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years' experience in a similar role in the healthcare field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• able to mentor and lead the team and staff.

• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.

Languages:

• Arabic (Preferable). 

• English (Fluent). 

• Turkish (Fluent).
