Experienced Health Tourism Sales Specialist

We are looking for an "Experienced Health Tourism Sales Specialist" to be employed at the headquarter of "HEALDONE" operating in the International Health Tourism sector in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul.

Required Qualifications

· Advanced level of one of the following languages: English, German, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, or French.

· Preferably experienced in sales, customer relations, and call center.

· Energetic, persuasive and analytical thinking,

· Have effective communication and representation skills,

· Proactive in crisis and process management stages, solution-oriented.

Job description

· Providing information to the patients who reach us through our system or by reference,

· Ensuring communication with international patients by phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.

· Following international patient processes and ensuring patient satisfaction,

· Transferring information about services to patients and providing the sale of these services,

· Using the online CRM system,

· Establishing communication with the clinical coordinator,

· Post-treatment follow-up and communication with the doctor when necessary,

· Residing or able to reside in Istanbul.
