3NOW company looking for Senior Full Stack developer (Team Leader) to join as the below qualifications and requirements: 
 
Qualifications: 

- Minimum of 5 -7 years’ experience in technical role and PHP(laravel). 
- Experience building responsible UI web applications using React, Angular, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript 
- Ability to adapt to various technologies and research new concepts. 
- Pro-active attitude and doing what it takes to get the job done 
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps 
- Experience using Docker in production 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
- Ability to articulate changes to software for design reviews and code reviews 
- Experience working with Redis 
- Experience working with Nodejs 
- Experience writing maintainable unit tests 

Requirements:

- Provide technical direction and support to the rest of your team. 
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery 
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications that are fast, scalable and highly responsive. 
- Analyse and resolve technical and application problems. 
- Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on budget. 
- Demonstrating the ability to contribute individually and as a team leader. 
- Designing and maintaining large and complex databases, both relational and non-relational databases 
- Develop tools and practices that will increase the efficiency of your team. 
- Manage team allocation between projects. 
- Hands on coding, unit testing and production issue troubleshooting. 
- Mentor junior staff in the team and help them reach their career goals. 

Nice to Have: 

- Experience with AWS (S3, EC2, SQS, etc.) 
- Experience with Azure platform. 
- Basic Knowledge using Kubernetes in production
