Motion Graphic Artist - Marketing Agency

Plan A marketing Agency in the Dubai, is planning to open its new branch in Istanbul

and we are looking for a Motion Graphic Artist to join our family with the following responsibilities:

• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (Explainer videos, social media short videos, corporate videos, short 2D ads … etc.).
• Strong Adobe After Effects skills, ideally with demonstrable experience in motion graphics
• Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
• Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.
• Create and deliver motion graphics in various media and screen sizes including web, mobile, etc.
• Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
• Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
• Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques, visual effects.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards for each client.
• Communicate with the creative and social media teams daily to update your tasks.
• proprieties and get all required materials and files to complete your work.
• Regular Reports on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.

Requirements:

• Over Three years of experience in creating 2D motions graphic and video editing for different industries.
• Good understanding of video rendering, compression techniques and format requirements/constraints
• Bachelor degree holder
• Arabic speaker is a plus
• High attention to details
• Great team player and eager to learn and grow with the team
• Has worked at an agency before
• Experience in Adobe Premiere and other Animation and editing software is a plus
