Nasj Fashion is expanding and growing our team based in Bagcilar, Istanbul, Turkey, and looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join us.

Responsible for:

• Handling our social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.

• Overseeing all our social media accounts' performance and user engagement (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, TikTok, and Youtube ).

• Stay up-to-date with current technologies, trends in social media, and audience preferences.

• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.

• Monitoring web traffic metrics.

• Forming key relationships with influencers across our SM platforms.

Our Social Media Specialist:

• Has proven previous experience as a Social Media Specialist and hands-on content management expertise.

• Has excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media best practices.

• Has full understanding of web traffic metrics, keyword research, and Google Analytics.

• Knows how to apply social media KPIs.

• Has experience working with external agencies and monitoring their performance.

• Has superb leadership, communication, and copywriting skills.

• Bilingual: fluent in Arabic & English.
•Turkish language is an additional feature.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
