Flight Operations Coordinator

Jetmate Havacilik is a dynamic and professional aviation company dedicated to delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality flight operations services. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Flight Operations Coordinator to join our team and support our growing operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor all aspects of flight operations, including flight planning, execution, and post-flight duties.

Obtain and manage landing permits, overflight permits, and airport slots.

Arrange ground handling services, fuel orders, and crew services (transport, accommodation, visas).

Review and disseminate operational flight documents such as NOTAMs, weather reports, and flight plans.

Communicate effectively with air traffic control, airport authorities, clients, and third-party service providers.

Manage multiple flights and operational requests simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.

Handle last-minute schedule changes and resolve operational issues under pressure.

Ensure full compliance with ICAO and IATA regulations and company policies.

Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required. A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Aviation, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

• Good knowledge of flight planning, landing and overflight permits, airport slots, ground handling, fuel arrangements, and crew services.

• Strong command of written and spoken English. Additional languages are considered an advantage.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple flights and operational requests simultaneously.

• Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage last-minute operational changes.

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, email communication, and aviation operations systems.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, responsibility, and customer-service skills.

• Familiarity with ICAO and IATA regulations, aviation terminology, NOTAMs, and operational flight documents is preferred.

• Previous experience in flight operations, aviation support, ground handling, or a similar role is preferred.

• A Flight Dispatcher Licence or other relevant aviation certification is preferred but not mandatory.
