Required qualifications:
- University degree - preferably in sales, International business or management
- At least 5 years of experience in export sales field & international market
- Must have been worked in (export brokerage company) on (several & different) products with (several & different) countries and markets, at least 5 years of experience
- At least 2 years of experience in sales supervising & team management in exporting field
- Having wide & well relations network with importers (clients) in multiple countries & various market
- Good knowledge & well experience in most of importing countries and their needs from the Turkish market
- Having the knowledge & relations with Turkish factories and suppliers in different fields, is an advantage and most preferred
- Knowledge in exporting laws in Turkey and shipping laws to other countries
- Good knowledge & well experience in developing and implementing (strategy, business, action and marketing) plans
- Must be a highly skilled in managing dialogue and conservation
- Must be a highly skilled in persuasion and negotiation
- Experience in planning and analyzing marketing campaigns
- Must be fluency writing and speaking in Turkish & English
- Other languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian or other international languages are most preferred
- Proficiency working with computer programs
- Turkish driving license

Functional & main tasks:
- Developing and implementing (business, marketing and action) plans
- Developing & expanding relationships with factories & suppliers
- Managing clients communication; building and maintaining strong partnerships with clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs to sustain organic growth
- Responsibly for market analysis such as competitors situation & their prices to understanding industry trends and to defining a strategic road-map for customer needs and related investment
- Achieving the company's sales targets
- Achieving the company's main goals and strategies
- Finding and opening new markets for exporting
- Following-up of all sales and shipping transactions procedures from beginning to end
- Advising clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters
- Supervising the sales team & making team development
- Responsibly for effective team management, directing sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
- Preparing & providing sales and forecasting reports to the management
- Planning, managing and analyzing marketing campaigns
- Attending exhibitions periodically to obtain developments and changes in factories and products
