- Sales Representative Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls to product and service related questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and problem solving
• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions are answered
• Identify common customer issues and bring them to the team's attention. Use scripts to handle challenging customer situations and raise them to a higher level, if necessary
- Qualifications
Work experience in customer service with excellent effective listening, interpersonal and communication skills speaking English or Arabic. Preference is given to those who speak both languages fluently.
