.Core functions of the role
Calendar Management for partners
Keep calendars up to date including schedules for business meetings
Diary management – set up of all internal/external meeting
Perform data-entry, documentation, printing, and filling duties
Arrange all conference rooms, dial in numbers and videoconference facilities
Feedback should be provided on changes made and progress of schedule problems as they arise
Regular feedback on problems/issues
Screening phone calls & employee’s enquiries and transfer calls to intended part
Receive and greet all employees and visitors in a professional and warm manner
Coordinate distributor agreements and document/contract signing
Handle all incoming /outgoing documents / courier
.Requirements
Possess Diploma qualification or above
At least 1 years of relevant experience in providing administrative support
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Integrity, willing to provide help, detail-oriented
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Good command of written and spoken Arabic , Turkish and English
