In the high-paced dynamic environment of JamSam, we are now looking for a Digital Marketing Lead!

You will join our Marketing Team and will be responsible to update & follow up JamSam's digital marketing strategy.

What are we looking for?

A teammate who;

• Is having a keen interest in marketing, social media.
• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in business, marketing, English, communications, journalism, or similar.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Arabic.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Robust knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Has 1 year of social media marketing, social media account management or digital agency experience.
• Has strong writing abilities, as well as the capacity to develop editorial relevant content.
• Is result and solution oriented.
• Is good at project management and able to multitask.
• Has good communication skills.
• Has a positive mindset.
• Has team spirit and like to play within a worldwide network.

What are your responsibilities?

• Make followers become fans!
• Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display campaigns.
• Be responsible for daily follow up of JAMSAM’s social media platforms, including the creation and management of all published content (pictures, video, and texts).
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Adapt and develop new strategies for our social media.
• Create A-Z the contents for social media accounts.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Follow up the new trends.
• Support global campaigns & work with relevant teams.
