Educational Sales Representative

Summary

We are seeking experienced Educational Sales Representatives to join our team. ESR must be highly motivated/driven to succeed under minimal supervision.

You will primarily complete most of work on the phone by calling prospective, current, and past clients in order to sell/maintain contracts for educational services.

You must possess the highest level of interpersonal communication skills to ensure long-lasting relationships with clients.

Şişli, Istanbul, TR

Responsibilities

  • Makes telephone calls and presentations to existing and prospective customers.

  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.

  • Coordinates sales effort with sales management, operations, and company leadership.

  • Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.

  • Identifies advantages and compares the organization’s products/services.

  • Maintain strong, ongoing working relationships with existing customers in order to enhance the customer experience resulting in future sales and referrals.

  • Collaborate regularly with sales director, and peers to contribute ideas for strategizing and executing sales opportunities and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Attend weekly sales meetings.

  • Provide excellent customer care and service.

  • Follow established processes and procedures for gaining leads, quoting, placing orders, and closing out won and lost opportunities.

  • Update and maintain lead nurture and campaign software.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and using CRM.

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.

  • Proficiency in both written and speaking Arabic, English, and "French" is a plus.

  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

  • University degree.

  • Live close to Şişli.
