The Company:
We are a French company which specializes in designing and manufacturing state-of-the-art invisible orthodontics (clear aligner).
Responsibilities:
Build the current database to comprehensively cover the full breadth of our market.
Improve the quality of the current data through the removal of irrelevant data and appending new data to existing contacts.
Identify and manage new data channels that ensure our sales teams have the highest quality and fastest intelligence in the industry.
Lead the organisation and structure of our data for optimal operational and management reporting.
Lead in creating a powerful Salesforce (CRM) interface.
Develop our lead management processes to maximize efficiency.
Develop clear critical reporting via dashboards for all use-cases.
Lead in providing a powerful targeting capability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in working with CRM systems, preferably Zoho.
Track record of working closely with commercial teams on the implementation of CRM.
Strong understanding of the operational and management use of a CRM in a B2B & B2C environment.
Experience in sourcing external data and data acquisition.
Experience in managing data integration, data matching, and alignment.
Experience in managing manual data inputting resources.
High attention to detail.
Preferable experience in data analytics and cloud data processing.
Time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
Proficiency in both written and speaking Arabic, English, and “French” is a plus.
