Plan A marketing Agency in the Dubai, is planning to open its new branch in Istanbul
and we are looking for a Community Manager to join our family with the following responsibilities:
- Research trending hashtags.
- Research groups and pages related to our clients' pages and actively communicating with the page admins to post content and improve our clients' page fan base.
- Research and execute ideas that increase the number of followers regularly.
- Follow-up with the team to make sure all posts go live on time and without any mistakes.
- Suggest engaging text, image and video content for each client/industry.
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries (community management).
- Regular Reports on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
- Daily Community management
Requirements:
- Over 2 years experience in managing successful multi social media platforms in different industries.
- Bachelor degree holder
- Arabic speakers are a plus
- Has experience in online research techniques
- High attention to details
- Great team player and eager to learn and grow with the team
- Hands-on experience in creating engaging content for social media
- Has worked in an agency before
- Experience in social listening tools and techniques
