Qulaifications And Job Description

We are currently looking for a "Call Center Customer Representative" with the following qualifications for our company operating in the real estate sector

At least a high school degree, preferably associate or bachelor's degree- 
Minimum 1-year experience as a call center staff in the real estate sector- 
Advanced level of English and Arabic- 

Main Responsibilities

Conducting information and sales calls with customers over the phone- 
Providing support for calls related to problems and requests from customers and directing them to- 
relevant units

Recording the information about the customers called and creating customer profiles- 
Providing customer satisfaction- 
 Obtaining new potential customer data-
