


Our Subsidiary Company "MIAMARST" is looking for new co-workers to work in the Call Center department in istanbul office
Roles and responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing incoming information;
- Creating, storing and modifying customer databases;
- Communicate with clients wishing to obtain one of the company's services.
- Develop the company's external relations.
- Successful completion of business deals.
- Providing the company's services on an ongoing basis, through electronic communication.
- Always analyze competitors and find potential customers to communicate with them and send company profiles.
- Raising the company's sales level by acquiring service offering skills and creating a need for customers.
Required qualifications:
- At least two years of practical experience in the real estate field.
- Possess very high verbal and written communication skills. Tact in speaking and dealing.
- Fluency in Arabic and English in addition to knowledge of Turkish.
- Good level in using the computer and its basic software.
Workplace:
Istanbul, Bagcilar, office tower in Batışehir site
(close to Göztepe metro station in M7 metro station)
