We are looking for an SEO Manager

ClinMedica is seeking a talented SEO Manager to join our dynamic team in a comfortable and pleasant office environment located in Istanbul – Ataköy.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies across technical SEO, content marketing, and growth.

• Stay informed of all Google algorithm updates and ensure strategies remain compliant with search engine guidelines.

• Conduct thorough on-site technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.

• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, sitemap problems, speed bottlenecks, and structured data issues.

• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and development teams to manage SEO implementations aligned with best practices.

• Monitor organic traffic performance and competitor rankings; propose proactive strategies to maintain leadership.

• Conduct in-depth keyword and topic research with semantic precision.

• Track SEO metrics and regularly report on organic performance.

• Analyze internal and external linking structures and content quality.

• Prioritize and implement site-wide SEO improvements.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, marketing, design, and development teams to drive results.

Tools & Technologies

• Strong experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Deepcrawl, Oncrawl, Ryte, Searchmetrics, Google Analytics, and Search Console.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, event tracking, and Google Sheets / Looker Studio.

• Knowledge of GA4, translation SEO, image SEO, and adapting LLM models for SEO.

• Experience in local SEO and a proven track record of delivering measurable results, ideally in SaaS SEO.
