Turkey Campus, an Istanbul-based student services company, is seeking an experienced and talented Art Director to join our creative team. As the Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the visual identity and creative direction of our company’s projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Creative Direction: Lead the development of visual concepts, design strategies, and creative campaigns in alignment with the company’s brand identity and goals.
Visual Design: Create compelling and visually engaging designs for various marketing materials, advertisements, social media content, and other communication channels.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing artistic guidance, constructive feedback, and ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure that design elements are integrated seamlessly into the overall projects.
Branding: Oversee and maintain the company’s brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Innovation: Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to infuse creativity and innovation into our visual communications.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role as an Art Director, preferably in the field of student services or related industries.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse audience.
Turkish Nationality: Preferred candidates should hold Turkish citizenship.
Location: Residing near Marmara Park Mall or within close proximity is advantageous.
Creativity: Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.
Leadership: Proven leadership skills to guide a team of designers and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Software Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work and successful campaigns.
