UX & UI Designer

We’re a mobile development company, We are looking for a UX & UI Designer to advocate and establish user interfaces and experiences based on technical requirements, user insights, and definitions while maintaining business goals. 
 

Responsibilities:
◾You will work on a mobile app and game UX/UI projects from start to finish: identifying and prioritizing problems, performing iterative design exploration and validations, and executing design outcomes.
◾You will iterate on new feature development and technical improvements through customer and competition research.
◾You will mainly create and maintain high-quality design deliverables, from product design assets to marketing and social media materials.
◾You will assist the engineering team throughout feature implementation, ensuring UX coverage.
 

Qualifications:
◾Good command of Adobe Creative Suite specifically ( XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After effects) 
◾Advanced wireframing and/or prototyping skills and knowledge of tools such as Figma and/or Adobe XD
◾Deep knowledge of user-centred design processes and methodology
◾Experience in UX strategy, user research, interviews, surveys, and usability studies. As well as experience creating user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps.
◾ experience in usability testing, including constructing usability test scripts, research methods, collecting feedback, and developing design improvement recommendations
◾Communication and presentation skills are a must.
◾Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
◾ experience in a fast-paced software development environment with an ability to execute against aggressive timelines
◾Being energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
◾Highly creative and curious; able to multitask effectively.
◾Stays apprised of user/customer latest experience trends and best practices across interaction types (web, mobile)
◾Must have an online portfolio to be considered;
◾Excellent communication skills in English and preferably also in Arabic
