المساعدة في تنسيق دورة عمل البرامج التدريبية بما يتعلق بالأمور الإدارية واللوجستية وكتابة التقارير والتواصل. تتطلب الوظيفة سفرا متكررا لدول مختلفة، وطلاقة في الكتابة والحديث بالعربية والإنجليزية.
Acting as central point for coordinating the work cycle of training courses regarding administrative, logistics, report writing and communication. The job requires frequent travel and fluency in writing and speaking in Arabic and English.
Job duties and responsibilities
- Create and maintain training schedules, timelines, calendars, and coordination of work as needed to meet deadlines
- Prepare and track reports to document progress and outcomes for management and stakeholders of all training programs
- Maintain training records of training courses, trainers, trainees, and suppliers.
- Print and maintain marketing materials to be distributed during training programs
- Seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training programs
- Inform participants on scheduled training classes and track their progress
- Gather and evaluate information from trainees and management on current and previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training
- Liaise with trainers and help them to get the best outcome of the training
- Market company training opportunities to clients and participants and provide information on benefits to encourage participation
- Recommend training materials and equipment, purchase and maintain training equipment and facilities
- Record payments to trainers, suppliers, hotels, transportations, and help with miscellaneous purchases
- Manages training class enrolments and classroom setup/breakdown
- Act as an ambassador for the public, maybe asked to give tours
- Conduct outreach as needed
- Seek and gather information from management regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and suggest improvements
- Remain up to date on developments within the industry and competitors
Requirements
- Can write and speak in Arabic and English
- Can travel in a short notice
- Has a degree in Business, management, development studies or related field
- Background in a human services field or demonstrated history of working directly with clients in a teaching capacity
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 Operating System, and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and Google Workspace suite
- Reliable, dependable, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to effectively organise and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal/communications skills
- Dedicated self-starter; strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license (Not essential)
