Technical Support Responsibilities:
• Dealing and behaving appropriately with clients
• Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them
• Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to system troubleshooting and usage
• Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
Technical Support Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Good knowledge of accounting matter
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a company' s products and services
• Extensive experience working operating system Windows
• Females
