Senior Architect to lead the Rahma Group Design Team.

We are looking for an experienced (min. 8 years) Senior Architect to lead the Rahma Group Design Team.

The Senior architect will interpret Design briefs, develop design concepts until IFC stages, mentor other Architects, manage the work flow and all office aspects related with design work and the team.

We expect you to have strong leadership capabilities, extensive knowledge of ACAD, Sketch Up, REVIT, and Adobe Creative Suite.

To succeed in this position, you should display great design and management skills.

Lead Senior Architect Job Responsibilities:

Lead the Work and the Team throughout all design stages, implementing accurate design process organization.

Manage work flow and Project Deadlines – PM tools knowledge is an advantage.

Build confidence and trust throughout the team by consistent monitoring the work, making insightful recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.

Deep knowledge on preparing architectural and interpreting engineering plans, ensure all is compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.

Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.

Provide guidance to stakeholders - like builders, plumbers, and electricians - and helping them interpret design specifications.

Liaise with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.

We also request that you have the following:

A minimum of 8 years of professional relevant experience.

An impressive portfolio and several years working as an Architect.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or similar.

Good level of English (mandatory); Arabic is an advantage.
