Job Summary:
An alliance of training companies looking for a bright, energetic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing team. You will need to have great communication skills both verbally and written and have the interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
This is an exciting opportunity that requires strong attention to detail working with a team and providing exceptional sales techniques
Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of training services, training process, and the updates in the training field, to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions.
- Contact continuously with new and existing customers to discuss their training needs.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with clients to give them the offers, confirmed courses..(B to B and B to C)
- Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales, figures, goals and obstacles.
- Acquires new customers by contacting former clients.
- Make researches customer’s individual or business purchase needs
- Serves existing customers by optimizing the current training plan (confirmed course)
- Adjust Sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the training field.
- Resolves customer complaints and queries.
- Maintain monthly or quarterly minimum goals.
- Make recommendations for the customer (extra service)
- Maintains documentation of his/her client accounts.
- Qualifications:
- More than 1 year experience in related field
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Microsoft office and familiar to sales tools;
- English is a must
