We are looking for an experienced charismatic and skilled Sales Officer to join GeniusTags Sales team in the Gaziantep office. As a Sales Officer, you will work closely with the Sales Account Managers to support the sales team’s activities and respond to the client’s needs. Responsibilities
- Understands the overall concept of GeniusTags, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
- Coordinate, prepare and compile tender submission documents and proposals
- Work together with the sales team to support existing accounts including delivering invoices and documents
- Responding to the clients’ various requests, such as providing or modifying documents in coordination with the Sales Account Managers
- Assist in creating and developing the sales and marketing materials
- Participate and conduct meetings and presentations
- Add records to the sales management tools and follow up with the assigned team member to deliver the customer’s needs
- Organize archives and develop cataloging and retrieval systems to allow access to archival materials
- Complete various tasks related to the business and industry assigned by the Sales team
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, business development, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English, and Arabic. Turkish, French, and/or Spinach is preferable.
- At least one year of experience in a company preferably in a Sales role
- High communication skills and a team player
- High presetting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Pack
- Proficiency in business English writing
- Have strong planning and organization skills
- Willingness to learn and accept new responsibilities
