


Sales Manager
Full time with a 3-month probation period
For a fast growing trading group based in Istanbul, specialized in shipping services and international trade from Turkey to the MENA region.
Job Location: Istanbul – European side Position: Sales Manager
Probation Start date: 1st of April 2021 Probation End date: 30th June 2020 Reporting to: Group CEO
Core responsibilities:
– Conduct market research and analysis to create marketing initiatives for promoting company’s products & services.
– Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
– Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
– Manage the process of lead generation and conversion
– Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
– Manages sales representatives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
– Manage the CRM and all related duties.
– Coordinate appointments, meetings and calls between customers and senior
management for new opportunities.
– Assist senior management in deal negotiations, contract development and other
business development activities.
– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
– 3-5 years of experience in sales management
– Native arabic speaker, and good level English & Turkish languages.
– Excellent administration skills, including PC skills (Word, excel, powerpoint etc).
– Ability to identify problems and work to resolve them as required.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues in a discreet manner.
– Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
– Holding a degree in business administration or related frields.
– Having a Tirkish residence permit, Turkish Citizen is a plus.
