Quality Assurance Auditor - quality monitoring of call center agents

Our Quality Control department is one of the main functions in Clinicexpert that is supporting us meet our goals and accordingly, we are currently seeking to hire Quality Control Auditors and who will be responsible for the following

• Call scoring Tele-Sales Agents against defined evaluation criteria
• Conduct Face to Face feedback with Tele-Sales agents  to manage their performance

Interested candidates should be  located in Turkey and able to fluently communicate in Arabic and having strong command of English or French
