Job description

Managing and controlling the work flow of the country coordinator and the administrative department quality assurance of all logistic and financial process before, during and after course (reception, lunch, accommodation, transportation, etc..) to achieve the ultimate compliance of quality service

Controlling and guiding services quality control (evaluation, contact clients, event discussions, end of course evaluation, trainers dress code and professional attitudes

Always mirroring the Groups image in a professional, ethical and high standards of quality implementations

Will oversee a broad quality assurance program through rigorous procedures aimed at controlling Group’s services and implementation

performs cross-functional training guaranteeing that all aspects of services live up to the satisfaction of the customers and that meets the highest quality standards possible.

Daily/ weekly reporting to management concerning the site visit and follow up the clients

Meeting rooms onsite daily visit and monitoring

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years’ experience in related field

University graduate

MS office proficience

English and Turkish are must /Arabic is plus

Residence in European side of Istanbul preferable in the central part of Istanbul
