Position: Procurement & Pricing Officer

Location: Göztepe Mah. Batisehir Cad. K1 Blok, Ofis: 24, 34218 Bağcılar/İstanbul

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift Work: Required (Flexibility for rotating shifts is essential)

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Fluent English Communication: Exceptional command of written and spoken English is required. You will communicate directly with international agents, clients, and aviation authorities. Other language is a plus.

Aviation Knowledge: A strong understanding of general flight support and aviation operations is a plus.

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel for daily operational tasks, communication, and reporting.

Analytical & Numerical Skills: Comfortable working with numbers, performing calculations, and entering operational and financial data accurately.

Fast Learner: Ability to quickly adapt to new systems, processes, and changes in a dynamic operational environment.

Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with agents worldwide and negotiate competitive service pricing.
