Schedule and coordinate training sessions with teams and trainers.
Manage booking systems and customer data accurately.
Communicate professionally via email and other tools.
Prepare daily and monthly reports.
Handle urgent issues and suggest process improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in operations or project coordination (preferably in the training sector).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in booking systems and communication tools.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
