A male or female sales representative is required to work in a call center in the health tourism sector 

Job Description

▪️ Receive inbound calls from patients to interact with them and identify their needs.
▪️ Provide a medical consultation and recommendations to patients via telephone calls
▪️ Build a positive relationship with patients to enhance the image and public perception of a company
▪️ Place outbound calls to patients to promote our medical services 
▪️ Oversee the timely management of outgoing and incoming calls
▪️ Ensure call records and notes are correctly updated and organized in the CRM
▪️ Ensure daily shift call quotas and set targets are achieved

Requirements – Skills

▪️ Languages: English or French or Italian or Spanish or Portuguese 

▪️ Ability to use or quickly adapt to CRM and other computer programs. 

▪️ Communication Skills: Able to interact with customers using appropriate language to identify issues and provide assistance
▪️ Customer Service Skill: skilled in politely addressing patients
▪️ Problem-solving Skill: Able to identify patients' challenges and provide solutions to such problems.
