is seeking a sophisticated, results-driven Sales & Content Specialist to join our commercial team. This is a dual-function role designed for a female professional who possesses the grace of a brand ambassador and the precision of a content strategist.
You will be the architect of our client outreach and the gatekeeper of our brand voice, managing relationships with prestigious fashion, beauty, and fragrance houses. This role demands more than just sales acumen; it requires a connoisseur of language and aesthetics who can translate our value proposition into compelling narratives and visually impeccable presentations.
Key Responsibilities1. Commercial & Client Engagement
Pipeline Management: Proactively drive full-cycle sales support, including targeted lead generation, strategic follow-ups, and high-touch client communication conducted entirely in fluent English.
Relationship Stewardship: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective luxury clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the sophistication and attention to detail synonymous with our brand.
2. Content & Copywriting
Persuasive Copywriting: Draft, refine, and finalize all client-facing sales collateral, including:
Cold outreach emails and compelling pitch narratives.
Bespoke brand/service introductions.
Formal proposals and capability statements.
Elegant product and collection descriptions.
Tone of Voice: Ensure consistency in our brand lexicon, balancing commercial appeal with the nuanced language of luxury.
3. Visual & Presentation Design
High-End Decks: Design and assemble client-ready presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint, ensuring a sleek, logical flow and polished formatting.
Mood Board Curation: Create evocative mood boards that translate seasonal trends, color palettes, and brand aesthetics into visual storytelling for client approval.
4. Administrative & Operational Excellence
Data Management: Maintain meticulous sales documentation using Google Drive (folder hierarchies, sharing permissions, version control) and Excel/XLS trackers (pipeline status, lead lists, and deadline tracking).
Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (Creative, Operations) to ensure all submissions are accurate, formatted to high standards, and delivered ahead of deadlines.
Meeting Preparation: Pre-emptively prepare agendas and materials for client calls, and ensure post-meeting action items are captured and tracked.
Qualifications & SkillsEssential
Linguistic Mastery: Fluent English (C2/Native proficiency) with impeccable written grammar and confident verbal communication.
Content Writing Provenance: Demonstrable experience in sales/marketing copywriting (portfolio required).
Technical Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Google Drive and Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, data validation).
Aesthetic Eye: Ability to create professional presentations and curated mood boards (Canva, Pinterest, or Adobe Suite).
Organizational Rigor: A detail-oriented individual who thrives on structure and proactive follow-through.
