Key Account Executive

İstanbul

Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.

Provide support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.

Work with the Merchandisers, develop a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects, demand

generation and effectively communicate, report, track and manage sales pipelines.

Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.

Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.

Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.

Maintaining a database of contact information.

Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.

Handling complaints and negotiations.

Overall responsibility to offer back-office support to the sales leads.

Prepare weekly sale result and sale forecast including prospect customers for closing

Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Maintain professional working attitudes that maintain and promote the company's core values.

Accounts receivables ensuring that payments come within the agreed timelines without fail.

Reconciliations, ensure that Account statements and invoices are reconciled and that we
