Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process.
- Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in either Management or HR or any related major.
- At least 6 months experience in the HR department.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High fluency in Arabic and English.
