HR and Operation Administrative Assistant

Job description

A Leading Training Company is looking for an HR and Operation Administrative Assistant to provide full line support to sales department.

Responsibilities

  •  Process and follow up with Trainer’s assignments.
  • Searching for Trainers on Multiple Platforms (LinkedIn is a must).
  • Act as a focal point between different Stakeholders.
  • End to End Operation Process Registration Process,
  • Handle inbound outbound Communication (calls, chats, mails, etc.. )
  • Good level of word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
  • Manage the meeting with trainers in collaboration with Operations Supervisor.
  • Manage A good relation with the existing pool of trainers.
  • Enlarging the pool of instructors with the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in HR or related field degree.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask.
  • English & Arabic Speaking and writing fluency is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other word processing programs.

Preferably Lives in Beylikduzu Area
