English team leader

Turkeyana clinic is looking for English team leader to oversees and monitors a group of call center employees in health tourism field ( Plastic surgery, Hair transplant, and Dental treatments)
As a team leader you need to provide training and feedback for the team, ensure that the team goals are met, and make performance assessments for each member. Your duties also include discussing targets with the call center manager and relaying those to the team.

Requirements:
1-Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a health sector.
2- Fluent in Arabic and English
3-A sense of responsibility and team work spirit
4-Strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation
5- Proficient in computers and relevant software applications
6-Demonstrated initiative and strong organizational skills
7-Currently living in Istanbul Turkey
