Digital marketer

We're looking for individual who is a strong strategic marketer, with digital/mobile experience / passion and is a change agent who can work across key stakeholder teams

Job Responsibilities:

- create compelling marketing strategies across traditional and non-traditional channels to drive awareness, consideration and

- understand customer, channel, journey dynamics to determine impactful engagement tactics

- develop an actionable, measurable marketing plan to deliver on business goals.

-Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

-Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

-Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

--Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

-Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience

-Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer

-experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

-Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

-Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

-Researching marketing trends and strategies to assist in the development and implementation of successful marketing campaigns.

-Developing and maintaining positive influencer, affiliate, and sponsorship relationships.

Skills / Experience You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree

4+ years' digital marketing experience

Experience developing digital marketing plans and creating compelling customer content

Digital Marketing Specialist will responsible for supporting brand teams on digital campaign management, efficient utilization of enterprise digital marketing channels & content creation strategies channels (and can speak to the results)

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight)

Position Type: Full-time 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
