2. POSITION OVERVIEW

  • The Creative Digital Marketing Strategy & Brand Storyteller serves as the principal architect of our clients' digital brand narratives and omnichannel marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand Strategy & Digital Marketing, this individual is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing high-impact digital strategies that elevate brand presence, drive commercial performance, and deepen consumer engagement.

  • This role demands a professional who operates at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and data intelligence—translating complex market insights into compelling narratives, visually stunning assets, and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, a cultural connoisseur, and a meticulous project manager capable of orchestrating multiple high-stakes client engagements simultaneously.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The following constitutes the core accountabilities of this position:

3.1 Digital Strategy & Brand Architecture

  • Strategic Frameworks - Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with each client's brand heritage, market positioning, and commercial objectives.

  • Audience Intelligence - Conduct rigorous analysis of consumer behavior, digital trends, and competitive landscapes to inform data-driven creative decisions.

  • Channel Optimization - Define optimal channel mixes—including social media, email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing—to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.

  • Performance Metrics - Establish clear KPIs, track campaign performance, and translate analytics into actionable insights for continuous optimization.

3.2 Creative Content & Copywriting Excellence

  • Persuasive Copywriting - Draft, refine, and finalize high-impact digital content including website copy, email campaigns, social media narratives, ad copy, brand manifestos, and sales enablement materials—all in flawless English.

  • Tone of Voice Governance - Develop and maintain brand lexicons and tone-of-voice guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

  • Editorial Leadership - Lead the editorial direction for client content calendars, ensuring alignment with seasonal campaigns, cultural moments, and brand milestones.

3.3 Visual Storytelling & Digital Asset Design

  • Presentation Design - Create client-ready presentations using Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint—ensuring strategic clarity, logical structure, and polished visual aesthetics.

  • Mood Board Curation - Develop evocative mood boards that translate abstract concepts into tangible visual narratives—including color palettes, typography, imagery, and styling references.

  • Digital Asset Creation - Concept and design high-impact digital assets—social visuals, campaign graphics, and brand guidelines—using CanvaAdobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.

3.4 Client Engagement & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Pitch Leadership - Lead new business presentations with compelling storytelling, strategic rigor, and executive presence.

3.5 Operational Excellence & Project Management

  • Documentation & Tracking - Maintain meticulous records using Google Drive (folder hierarchies, version control, permissions) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (project timelines, deliverable trackers, client pipelines).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Liaise seamlessly with internal teams including Design, Production, and Account Management to ensure flawless project delivery.

4. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

4.1 Essential Criteria

  • Strategic Acumen - Proven ability to synthesize complex digital data, consumer insights, and cultural trends into actionable, commercially viable creative strategies.

  • Creative Portfolio - A robust, curated portfolio demonstrating excellence in digital strategy, copywriting, brand storytelling, presentation design, and mood board creation.

  • Technical Proficiency Advanced working knowledge of:
    • Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets)
    • Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
    • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
    • Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent)

  • Organizational Rigor - Exceptional project management capabilities with obsessive attention to detail, deadline discipline, and meticulous record-keeping.

  • Communication Skills - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts with clarity, elegance, and persuasion.

  • In-House Commitment - A demonstrated preference for and ability to thrive in a fully on-site, collaborative studio environment.
