Job Description and Qualifications:

 

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join the family to shine their outstanding sales skills and create 'sustainable benefit for all' in a growing organization. The person to be recruited will work in Merter Commercial Project Sales Office.

Qualifications:

·       Feeling more efficient while working in a team,

·       Being able to make and implement their own plan instead of being motivated by others to achieve their goals,

·       Caring about being flexible and constructive in human relations,

·       Not afraid to try in order to achieve success,

·       Feeling successful with presentation skills and examples of closing deals,

·       Loves to learn and teach, knows the importance of this subject,

·       Likes to look good, assertive in this regard,

·       Native Arabic, fluent in English and Turkish,

·       We are looking for teammates, preferably with real estate sales experience.

Job Description:

• Managing relations with foreign sales agents, providing project trainings to agencies when necessary,

• Making project presentations to customers and closing deals,

• Customer and Agency follow-ups on the phone,

• To coordinate and follow the social media accounts of the project,

• To arrange preliminary legal transactions such as sales contracts and payment documents and to follow up with the relevant units,

• To ensure that all activities are processed into the CRM system and to follow up,

• Ensuring and following the daily, weekly and monthly realizations of the activities he/she is responsible for.
