Call Center Sales Rep & Patient Coordinator for Inquiries

Job Description

We are a growing dental clinic looking for a motivated and results- driven Call Center Sales Representative / Patient Coordinator to manage patient inquiries, convert leads into appointments, and ensure excellent communication with international and local patients.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong sales skills, language abilities, and customer orientation. For suitable profiles, there is also an opportunity to work inside the clinic as a translator.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with potential patients

Present dental treatments and clinic services clearly and professionally

Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and treatment plans

Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Coordinate with doctors, translators, and front-desk staff

Maintain accurate records of patient interactions

Meet and exceed sales and conversion targets

Language Requirements (Mandatory – at least one):

English

French

Bulgarian

Russian

Additional Languages (Strong Plus):

Turkish

Arabic

Candidates who speak Turkish may also have the opportunity to work on-site as a translator during patient visits.
